OUR TEAM
We are a family run business and we pride ourselves on putting the needs of our residents at the forefront of everything we do here at the Foxholes care home.
Our care team consists of care assistants, senior care assistants, team leaders and care managers. Each floor has a specific team consisting of these members to assist the needs of their residents. We have an onsite GP who carries out weekly visits to each resident’s room as well as mobile physiotherapist and chiropodist’s.
EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
Our fantastic reception team are here to help you whether you are staying with us or simply visiting a loved one. Each member of the team is trained and happy to help with any of your needs.
Our dedicated well-being and engagement team, also known as our activities team, are here support the needs of our residents with a fantastic selection of activities that are planned in advance on a 7-day program.
We have a fantastic training manager who operates within the home with the use of our in-house training room. We operate 24/7, meaning that there are staff available for our residents during any hour of the day or night, including our management team who are available during the weekends.
Our fantastic catering team provides freshly cooked food on site for our residents which can be enjoyed within their rooms or within the cafes, restaurants and lounges.
We have an excellent housekeeping team who keep our care home cleanliness to the highest standards. On a daily basis the residents’ rooms are cleaned, and their beds are made as well as the common areas.
